Hummus with a touch of smoke!
Pukara Estate
Ingredients
- 400g canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2Â garlic gloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 - 3 tablespoons Pukara Estate Natural Smoked EVOO
- 1/2 teaspoon of Pukara Estate Oak Smoked Salt Flakes

Method
- Place chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, Oak Smoked Salt Flakes and 2 tablespoons of the Natural Smoked EVOO into a high speed food processor and process until combined.
- Add the extra Natural Smoked EVOO or water and process until smooth.
- Place hummus into a serving bowl, drizzle with Natural Smoked EVOO and a pinch of paprika over the top.
- Serve with toasted turkish bread and vegatable sticks.
